General Information

Prince William County Public Schools is now offering a secure site for parents/guardians of current students, former students, government agencies, K-12 Districts and other third parties to access certain types of educational records and educational verifications.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) provides access to and disclosure of educational records to parent/guardians or eligible students. PWCS may not disclose student records, or information contained therein, pertaining to identifiable students (personally identifiable information or “PII”) to third parties without prior written consent of the parent/guardian or eligible student.

Please note the information below:

• Requests for information will be processed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.), unless otherwise noted on the PWCS Records Center web page. 
• You will receive emails from scribonline@scribsoft.com to notify you of the status of your order. It is important you read those emails carefully, as additional information may be required to process your request.
• Click the appropriate icon on the left to request records.

If your college/university has a different email for electronic transcript notifications, please email the name of your institution and new email address to etranscripts@scribsoft.com.
